Leadership Coaching

Coaching is a goal-oriented modality focused on self-discovery and realizing potential in the workplace. Our expert coaches utilize a combination of concrete skill development, counseling techniques, and didactic learning to take your leadership practice to the next level.

The CALM Leadership
Program

The breakthrough program that is transforming the industry by providing leaders with a complete foundation in the theory and practice of trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and engagement-focused leadership.

Through a combination of 10 live coaching sessions plus online videos, activities, and reflections, leaders will gain the skills they need to immediately begin building the workplace they desire. This course contains approximately 20 hours of content, thoughtfully designed for adult learners.

 

Our topics include:

  • Defining your leadership and growth edges

  • Exploration of trauma, vicarious trauma, and how trauma presents in social sector organizations

  • The 5 principles of trauma-informed leadership

  • Understanding and applying the science of employee engagement 

  • The KEY to anti-oppressive leadership

  • Communication and boundaries for the social sector workplace

  • Interpersonal skills for engagement

  • Tools you can immediately implement to overcome people + culture challenges on your team

Leaders will leave this program with the ability to resolve and prevent team conflict, remove tension, hold staff accountable, and more.

This program is offered in individual and group formats. It is an ideal fit for management teams.

Individualized Coaching

Traditional, 1:1, open-ended coaching to provide targeted, intensive support.

If you are approaching coaching with specific people + culture goals in mind, then this program is for you. Individualized coaching begins with an assessment of your leadership and identification of the goals you wish to achieve. Next, we’ll develop a plan of action to overcome the specific challenges you're facing and enhance the sustainability of your leadership role.

 

Individualized coaching may cover topics such as:

  • Defining and developing your leadership style
